1 General Terms and Applicability

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4 Bonus and Promotion Rules

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. VIP level upgrades depend on gaming activity and level changes are at the discretion of fency win.

6 Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fency win platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Participating in games using software, bots or automated methods.
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug.
• Coordinated bonus-focused betting arrangements with other platform users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

6.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation
